Custom embroidered patches can be used for a variety of purposes. They are excellent for promoting a cause, showcasing your membership in a group, and much more. Custom patches are also a perfect way to make a political comment or increase awareness of your brand. But you can take your patches up a notch with a variety of high value, low-cost options.
Custom patches offer a unique appeal, but adding a few custom options can add new appeal. There is nothing wrong with standard patches, but adding an extra visual aesthetic to your design will make them even more memorable. It's important to start with the right patch.
It isn't hard to design great-looking, high-quality patches, and it's what we do at Patches4Less.com. We will work with you to create the ideal custom patch no matter the size, shape, or style you're looking for. Our patches are great for uniforms, jackets, vests, backpacks, and more.
Our graphic artists are the best in the industry, and they can take your simple drawing and create custom patches you will be proud to wear. No matter if you have a rough sketch of your design of a fully-finished concept, we're here to create a high-quality patch that you can wear for years.
Everything starts with the basic patch. Upon selecting the size, shape, thread color(s), and twill color, it's time to add some custom options to add more charm. Adding color is a great way to catch the eye. The more color, the more visual impact your custom patch will have.
At Patches4Less.com, we offer up to seven thread colors for your design free. However, you can add additional colors for a slight extra fee. Add even more appeal with metallic threads. This will add a bright look, which is sure to get some attention.
If that isn't enough, we can add neon-look threads to your design that are sure to take your patch for average to bold and vibrant. Our staff can help you in deciding the right look for your patch.
Your border can also be customized. At Patches4Less.com, we offer two different border styles, the standard or "Merrowed'' and the hot cut border. The "Merrowed'' style border features a standard raised edge that brings your patch into sharp relief.
On the other hand, the hot cut border lies flat against the garment, offering a sharp and distinct style. This is ideal for custom shaped patches, decreasing the visual separation between the patch and the garment.
Finally, it's time to determine how you want to attach your custom patch. You have plenty of options here, but they depend on a few factors. Do you need permanently attached patches? Do you want to move patches among different garments?
The most popular attachment style is the classic sew-on patch. Sew-on patches have no adhesive or other means of attachment to the garment. Other methods include iron-on backings, which use a heat-sensitive adhesive on a twill backing.
The final option is Velcro® patches. These are great for when you want to move patches from garment to garment. The patch can be easily attached or removed as needed, making them ideal for military morale or tactical patches.
At Patches4Less.com, we know what it takes to create outstanding custom patches. We have the team and the experience, and we can create custom patches for all of your specific needs.
