Patch Sizing Options

Patches come in all shapes and sizes. We have done small patches for scouts and military uniforms, as well as larger patches for biker jackets and sports teams. We have the experience and knowledge to provide whatever size patch you need!

Determining the size of your custom embroidered patch is easy. Measure the length and width of your patch, add them together and divide that number by 2.

Determining Size

measuring a 2 inch by 4 inch patch

If the height of your patch is 2″ and the width of your patch is 4″, you would add 2 + 4, which equals 6. You then divide 6 by 2, which equals 3, The size the size of your 2″ x 4″ patch would be 3".

Your Patch Size:

Your patch size is determined by taking the height and width,
adding them together, and dividing by 2.

Example: 3W + 2H / 2 = 2.5" Patch
