The students we so excited when I gave them as gifts. This is the second year I’ve done it and it is so worth it!!!

Hello, I recently ordered patches from your company to make hats for my workplace. Your customer service representatives Evan and Ryan have been extremely kind and helpful throughout this process— and I would like to make sure that that doesn’t go unnoticed. In the early stages, I spoke with Ryan. He patiently talked me through your ordering process, going above and beyond to make sure I felt good about the patches. He had great recommendations on how to get exactly what I wanted and the patches turned out beautifully. He also offered helpful ideas on how I could market the hats to make sure all of them sold. Evan helped to complete my order, and he gave very clear timelines for production, shipping dates, and even a picture of the first patch. All of this gave me confidence in your product. I spoke with Evan again and he asked how everything turned out— he was very friendly and happy to hear it went well. Last Friday, the owner of my workplace asked if I could make more hats. I called to speak with Evan about placing another order before you closed for the weekend. I hadn’t realized you all are in a different time zone, and I was That Guy calling a few minutes before close with all sorts of questions. (So sorry, Evan). He handled my order kindly and patiently, even though I was being the last sort of customer anyone would want to deal with 5 minutes before they leave for the weekend. Thanks for your great customer service, even at the most inconvenient of times. The hats look great! I sold out, and I’m making another batch. Looking forward to making more, this has been a fun project for me.

Since the beginning of my order I received instant advice and assistance. This was great, I didn’t have to wait to long for the service guys to update me with an email or a phone call about the choices I made and how they would look in a patch form. I have been telling my coworkers about this company and I will contact them again in the future for more work.

Very competitive price, excellent customer service, and go-getters. It was between them and another two businesses. They sent me a sample online ASAP and had great communication.
