Leather Patch Styles
Laser Engraved
Laser engraved leather patches create a clean, precise design by burning the artwork directly into the leather surface. This style is great for logos, text, line art, and detailed designs that need a classic branded leather look.
UV Printed
UV printed leather patches allow full-color artwork to be printed onto the leather surface. This option works well for colorful logos, gradients, detailed branding, and designs that need more visual contrast than engraving alone.
Debossed / Embossed
Debossed and embossed leather patches use pressure to press artwork into or raise it from the leather. This creates a premium dimensional finish that is ideal for simple logos, badges, labels, and high-end branded apparel.

How to Iron On Leather Patches
Leather patches can be heat-applied, but they need a lower temperature and shorter press time than standard iron-on patches. Follow these leather-specific steps for a clean, lasting bond.
- Place the leather patch in the desired position.
- Cover the patch with a thin cotton cloth or Teflon sheet to protect the surface.
- Set the heat press or iron to approximately 320°F (160°C).
- Apply firm pressure for 15–20 seconds.
- Allow the patch to cool completely before testing adhesion.
- If necessary, repeat the process for an additional 5–10 seconds.
Important Notes
- Heat settings may vary depending on the fabric type.
- We recommend testing on a sample garment before full application.
- For items subject to frequent washing or heavy use, stitching around the patch is recommended for maximum durability.
- For cap applications, we strongly recommend sewing the patch after heat pressing to ensure long-term durability.
