Submit Your Design
To design your own patch, send us your custom embroidery patches design ideas and any relevant artwork or pictures that our artists can use as reference. While we prefer vectored artwork, we’ll take anything that gives us an idea of what you want.
Receive Artist Proof
Next, our artists will create a digital proof which you can view and approve before ordering. We never charge for revisions. We won’t start production until you’re completely satisfied with your custom embroidery patch design!
Once you approve the design, we use that proof to create your custom embroidery patches. As soon as they’re completed, we inspect them, make sure they are perfect, then package them and ship them directly to you!

Check out the twill and thread colors we offer. The thread is sewn onto the twill backing material to form your design. With 50% and 75% embroidery, the contrasting twill color will be visible on you patch. Patches that have 100% embroidery cover the twill backing completely with thread, so the backing is not visible. That means you don’t have to worry about the twill color with 100% embroidery.
On 50% or 75% embroidered patches, the twill forms the background of the design, and can be the most visible color. That means it’s important to choose the right twill color. Our artists will help you pick the one that perfectly complements your thread colors(s). NOTE: Because computer monitors vary in their color calibration, displayed colors will vary from one machine to another. If you want an exact color match, please consult a Pantone© (PMS) color chart at your local print shop or public library, then notify us of the number of your desired Pantone color. This is the ONLY way to ensure a 100% color match.
